Do you build in difficult sites?

Yes, we are able to take on difficult sites. We are happy to take on projects in battle-axe lots, steep blocks, difficult access blocks, etc.

How much does it cost to build a house?

It depends on the size of the build, the site conditions, and the selection of materials and finishes by the client. We are always led by the client regarding the last point. Kindly get in touch with us so we can understand your requirements and get to know your site - we will then be able to provide you with a detailed tender, free of charge and obligations.

Do you build granny flats?

Yes, we definitely do. Please let us know if you need help designing it as well. We can build a granny flat adjacent to an existing building, or we can also build a house and a granny - be it an attached or detached one.
